What will be my life like in 20 years?

I don't want to be like my mother...! I think I will not be too tall, blond and of a medium size. I will be sympathetic, and want to live my life. I will be free to do what I want. I will be happy.

I think I will live with my family, in Formentera but I will have a summer house in Borredà. I will have one daughter and one son. My daughter's name will be Jana and my son's will be Sau. If I have money, I will adopt a Chinese girl. I will visit my parents once every two weekends. I will have a cat, and a fish tank with exotic fish. I will have a white house with a small piece of land because I will plant my fruit trees.

I will work with the sea. I will be a marine biologist. I think the sea is nice, and I will work with this. I will learn the kind of fish and I' ll show the people, how beautiful the sea is.
I will work only in the summer to show the sea to people, but in winter, I will go diving and learn about the fish. My husband will work driving ships to transport people from Eivisa to Formentera, or to return to all islands. When we have holiday, we will go on a tour around the Mediterranean with our ship.

My hobbies are and will be the sea and the horses. I will have my horses and teach my children to ride a horse.
I will like going shopping, taking care of my children and going swimming in the sea with my children.

Coca de Recapte


Ingredients for the dough:
-five hundred grams of flour
-30 grams baking powder
-salt
-one glass of water
-thirty deciliters of olive oil

for the garnish:
-3 tomatoes
-3 onions
-3 peppers
-1 sausage
-tuna
-parsley
-olive oil
-black olives.

Prepared the dough:
First you put the flour on the table . after that you put the ingredients on the flour and you mix it. When you have the dough hard you extend it with the shape that you want. The we let it rest for 3 hours.

Method:
First we do the “ escalivada” we have to follow the following steps.
1. We clean the papers , aubergines and the onions and put them in the oven
2.Then, we take out the “ escalivada “ from the oven and then we remove the seeds and slice them.
3. When we have finished the” escalivada” we go back to the dough and we put oil and we leave to cool for 30 minutes.
4.Then we stretched the dough and we put the “ escalivada” on it and we put the onions , the tomatoes , the sausage and the tuna.
5.Finally , we put the “ coca de recapte” ( the dough with the garnish) in the oven for 30 minutes at one hundred eighty degrees.
