Coca de Recapte


Ingredients for the dough:
-five hundred grams of flour
-30 grams baking powder
-salt
-one glass of water
-thirty deciliters of olive oil

for the garnish:
-3 tomatoes
-3 onions
-3 peppers
-1 sausage
-tuna
-parsley
-olive oil
-black olives.

Prepared the dough:
First you put the flour on the table . after that you put the ingredients on the flour and you mix it. When you have the dough hard you extend it with the shape that you want. The we let it rest for 3 hours.

Method:
First we do the “ escalivada” we have to follow the following steps.
1. We clean the papers , aubergines and the onions and put them in the oven
2.Then, we take out the “ escalivada “ from the oven and then we remove the seeds and slice them.
3. When we have finished the” escalivada” we go back to the dough and we put oil and we leave to cool for 30 minutes.
4.Then we stretched the dough and we put the “ escalivada” on it and we put the onions , the tomatoes , the sausage and the tuna.
5.Finally , we put the “ coca de recapte” ( the dough with the garnish) in the oven for 30 minutes at one hundred eighty degrees.
